• I want to try getting a (nice) bus from the Denver airport to CB for the conference. This should make travel a lot more reliable, and cheaper (both Southwest and Frontier have hubs in Denver) as well as more fun since it will effectively create additional conference time for those on the bus. (I might be able to give it a dry run for the summer conference).
  • Bacon cooked in the oven works a lot better than bacon cooked on the grill. That is, an entire rack of bacon doesn't seem to catch on fire. And you don't have to turn it.
  • Does this wiki work well enough? Is there a better one?
  • Alternative venue on Karaoke night for people who don't want to do karaoke.
  • "Bring a friend" program — some kind of discount for the first-time friend?
  • Fancier front page, to make it look better to managers and an easier sell to attendees. How hard is it to find and adapt from another conference's front page? (Jeremy Cerise probably knows about this).
  • Use photos and testimonials on above page.
  • Twitter and tagboard: fail. Groupme continued to be the communication media of choice.
  • This might be a way to do something interesting: http://paper.li/
  • Product/hackathon idea: a checklist system to ensure that a set of operations is completed (e.g. for each attendee at a conference, for example).
